but i dun think this project is in Setia Alam lar. tipu

later when population in Bandar Bukit Raja and Setia Taipan getting higher, really can't imagine the traffic flow

No name probably means clearing stock la, probably one of those medium cost/low cost if its 300k

also these days agents also very unethical....they will use other development pixs as its what they are promoting and selling and purposely give some inaccurate info in order to protect their rice bowls.

yeah.... everything within 5km radius to SA... the advertisement will put SA east north west south.... and then when u ask the agent... its actually BBR, meru, puncak perdana those...

High chances next to upcoming Colombia Hospital at Jalan Meru.

Isn't it at Bandar Bukit Raja & not SA.

Ppl only misused yr address when yr address give weight mah...meaning setia alam is the shining star for klang north....

No need to be so angry. More people, I mean quality people stay within this area more booming. Or you want to stay in "dead" town?

its an honour for SA actually... everyone wanto use SA as benchmark... like nowadays... DPC east south north west pun ada... haha... but for the sales agent... thats another matter la.... lol...
