Yesterday morning I saw Decora achieved 35% booking, Eximia 50%. I'm just speculating here, but it is likely Decora could achieve 50% booking by end of the day. If I remember correctly, last year Fusca launch also quite similar response on the 1st week. Didn't see BBB but sold out after launching for 2 weeks. Oh yeah... forgot to mention, Fusca only has 68 units for sale, Decora has 82 units.

But this time Eximia response was much better than Montana. Eximia 1st week already achieved 50% booking, Montana after 2 weeks only achieved 20+% booking.

WOW! indeed this is a surprise...RM 1 million property sold better? Wow wow....! I thought Decora will sold out faster than Eximia. mmmm.... this is interesting...

Nola, Fusca only took a total of 4 days to completely sold out everything. I went there almost daily to check.
On the first day itself also 75% book and choose unit. I'm no.3 to choose. 😝

Yup 2+2%, same as Edulis. Plus another 1-2.5% LCR for existing buyer or 2% introducer fee for new buyer.

what is LCR?

I thought 2% is for early bird + another 2% for existing buyer. NO?

Eximia has good sales likely due to 1) cheaper psf price than Montana, 2) better layout than Retusa.

Truth be told, Eximia is really worth the price & I luv the layout.

Means there is a void at 1st floor. Normally, this void is on top of living room or dining room in order to create spaciousness.

Don't understand. Are you talking about the 2nd living hall at 1st floor or just the empty volume on top of dining hall?

Oic.. that will be good and feeling airy at the ground floor. Not like Edulis. Edulis Type H design is really suck with 6 rooms and 6 toilets. I feel it is too much. It should be design as such with void on top of dining hall...

Double volume is nice to have but I suspect most ppl would just cover it up & make it into a 1st floor living hall. laugh.gif

Edulis problem is the bedrooms shape & size not 'ngam'. The kitchens r too tiny for my liking too.
