thrs NOTHING wrong with asking ppl to petition for a station in setia alam..The sheer density of setia alam warrants a lrt station but the tm klang station is close but maybe 15-20min per way incl traffic. Shah alam has a few key areas like kota kemuning and the jelutong-denai alam stretch tht still lacks public transport.

Segi international school construction currently in progress.

1NIH seems on hold no progress few months anyone know why?

Construction is slowly but surely still on going.

i also notice it. the 1nhn is building,progress is fast actually, the back there got 2 of 10 story building last time i saw it builded up within 5 months.

by the way, the sunsuria the forum is building very fast.

anyone know what happen the project beside trefio?i saw them.alr.have sign board and its going to build something,looks like abandon long time

setia city residences. project on going but they halved the launch for reasons we dunno. maybe sales are not up to scratch......

actually trefoil turns out to be better than expected.

I believe he was mentioning the hotel project btw Trefoil and the conventional center. The sign board being there for years before Setia Residence. I think it has been postponed

Bro, business really not bad. Co & politician party AGM, wedding event, fair... I still can recalled my fren was trying to book a hall for wedding dinner but schedule full even it has been done much earlier ago

But new convention centre design is not as good. Too colourful, my personal opinion.
