Yes, the land behind Ecopark & next to the Forest villa (future launch) is reserve land for cemetery.

But this is based on Greater KL plan by Ho Chin Soon, it could be wrong?

yeah heard its sold out as well. surprise to see it on sale again on spsetia site. heard before its only 180k, that true? its 310k now

Take dsl 20x65 for example, normally will have 20ft car porch at the front, which leaves only max. 45ft for the house. If the house is fully extended at the rear, the effective bu shall be 20 x 45 x 2 = 1800 sf. Unless there is extensive addition to the external structure such as balcony & covered car porch, if not very difficult for bu to reach 19xx sf. Can compare with SEH 2 dsl 20x65 Alexus, also fully extended at the rear, bu is only 1859 sf.

bumi reserved units got licence to open for common sales now...

bumi allocation is 50% for all these apartments.

same with Sunsuria apartments also...went there on 1st day soft launch...non bumi units already sapued kau kau....
but bumi units still got plenty.....
