need to follow up regularly...some bank are very slow...
so that the banking officer will push the loan officer as well...
*
yea, some bank really slow, Maybank approved 100% loan but with 5.55, asked for revise.
RHB and PBB consider okay, Bank Islam slow respond. Try opt for other bank officer in other branch.

Danau is urging within 21 days to settle with the loan now after we gave our 10% down payment. unsure.gif

There is one more copied in "white" which they sent by POSLAJU. "Green" is by mailbox.
I got mine last week too, remeber due date is 1st April 2016 before get penalty 10%p.a. of it.
So chase your lawyer for it and ask them release the 10% from bank loan.

And... get ready to pay Bank Interest starting next month la... mega_shok.gif

i think i got an inexperienced banker. he told me the loan is approve with 90%.
then during the day to sign the offer letter, he told me my loan need to add a guarantor.
but i hv no where to find a qualified guarantor. hence i looking for rhb.

and JUST now the pbb banker called me, and told me the guarantor can be waived.
i duno what on earth he is doing. waste me too much times.
i have been applying for this loan before CNY kicks in.
*
Which PPB branch you applied with?

dear all member, can your shares your lawyer fees?

thx
*
SnP RM2K, Loan Lawyer fee depend how much you borrowed x % and some miscellaneous from your lawyer firm, usually they will give you some discount.

QUOTE(wykl @ Mar 26 2016, 11:17 PM)
so far i paid RM2k for SnP and RM159.6 for the loan agreement's GST as my legal fee of loan agreement is about 4.8k+ is being included in the loanĀ  smile.gif
*
Ouch, you included your loan lawyer into loan too.
Sounds burden to me as extra interest to it.

Thinking of the repayment I wanna cry already...

Nope, it's near Sri Petaling golf range at the new access road

Proposed at zone D not sure will it be realility o, suddenly so many properties such as AQUATA, MajuKL, CasaGreen and PuchongMas and Hijauanan still not fully sold. Bank loan approvals rate so low nowadays. Property market going slow. But if Zone D is building will be good cause shoplots for us in distance. ^^

Thanks, I will only submit all the documents to them first, and wait for their call. 30k is a lot, and I can't simply let them hold my money as I'm applying two projects at once, see which one give me response first, then I will go for it.

I didn't get call nor email from developer, I submitted my request through rumawip website, and I check the status after two days, it says pending me to submit documents to DBKL office. As some of the forumers said, DBKL actually authorised developer to accept our documents, so I will submit my documents straight to developer.
*
You won't get any update status in rumahwip website, just direct submit your hard copies document to DBKL and the developer for secure.
Danau Lumayan will qualifier you on the spot and will send you or email you a Offer Letter on the next day.
Which other project you applied? PuchongMas?
