How come yours is 6.2k? is it included the SnP fee? izzit after you pay your loan lawyer fee only they give you rebates? Did you get 50% for your loan stamp duty as a first time home buyer? QUOTE(wkleong @ Feb 28 2016, 06:51 PM) I dun think got Gym room, but i agree to upgrade security to 2 tier at least. According to the floor plan there is a Gym room at Block A beside the swimming pool changing room wor...1st tier is guard house which normally not secure. 2nd tier is entrance to each block using access card as least feel better, but quite costing for developer to install security access door for each floor of car park which seem like wont happen. I agree with you upgrade security to 2nd Tier |

WE SHOULD SAY NO TO ANY BRIBE/ UNDERTABLE MONEY!!! We will kick/sue hanky-panky/developer/staff/anyone is involved! god is watching at u! **reminder** - do use ur hp as voice recorder whenever dealing with lawyer/developer/banker/staff - any complaint may email to DBKL / KWP (kementerian wilayah persekutuan) / BPA (biro pengaduan am) - if you feel being cheated/mislead-ed by developer, always can lodge a report at tribunal for full refund. |

QUOTE KUALA LUMPUR: The government will go ahead with the construction of the second line of the Mass Rapid Transit (MRT Line 2) despite the current global economic problem, said Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Abdul Razak. He said it was the government's commitment to ensure the project could be carried out smoothly for the benefit of all, including in terms of providing employment opportunities and income. "This clearly shows that Malaysia is not a failed country as claimed by certain politicians and the government is not facing any financial crisis," said Najib in his blog posting at www.najibrazak.com today. Najib, who chaired a discussion on acquisition for the MRT Line 2 construction today, said it also proved that the government always gave priority to initiatives pertaining to the country's development. "I want to say again that we will continue to spend prudently, especially for people-centred projects, like infrastructure and transportation," he added. For MRT Line 1, Najib said 43% of the total value of the package had been given to bumiputra contractors as an initiative to ensure the agenda on bumiputra economy. "For Line 2, the government continues to encourage bumiputra participation with at least 45% of the total value of the package to be given to them, apart from the minimum requirement of 30% of consultancy work for bumiputra contractors as set by MRT Corp," he added. The prime minister also gave the assurance that the government would continue with efforts to improve the public transportation system in the country. — Bernama http://www.thesundaily.my/news/1729025 Good news for Residensi Hijauan Lumayan tenant! |
