Next wait for VP and CFO to be approve.

Next another 3 months inspection for defects period.

Next VP ready, get keys and start to pay maintainance fee

Perkara tersebut disahkan oleh Suruhanjaya Pencegahan Rasuah Malaysia (SPRM) dalam kenyataan.

Tertuduh, Syed Afendy Syed Abid Ali, 54, didakwa menerima secara rasuah suapan untuk Rodziah Abd. Samad, 54, iaitu seunit rumah kedai di alamat 11, 11-1,11-2 di Pusat Perdagangan Danau Lumayan Bandar Tun Razak, Kuala Lumpur bernilai RM930,000 daripada Syarikat Danau Lumayan sebagai balasan mengesahkan semakan tuntutan bayaran kemajuan oleh syarikat tersebut berkaitan projek usaha sama dengan DBKL.

“Bagi kesalahan di bawah Seksyen 165 Kanun Keseksaan, tertuduh didakwa menerima benda berharga tanpa balasan iaitu lapan unit kondominium di Suasana Lumayan Bandar Seri Permaisuri, Kuala Lumpur melibatkan empat unit kepada Minah Abdullah, dua unit untuk Syed Ashraf Ali dan masing-masing seunit kepada Rodziah dan Mazwan Amin Mohd Noor.


“Dalam masa yang sama, tertuduh juga didakwa menerima aset-aset tersebut daripada Syarikat Danau Lumayan Sdn Bhd,” kata pihak SPRM dalam kenyataan hari ini.

Tertuduh menghadapi pertuduhan mengikut Seksyen 17(a) Akta Suruhanjaya Pencegahan Rasuah Malaysia (ASPRM) 2009, lapan pertuduhan mengikut Seksyen 165 Kanun Keseksaan  dan sembilan pertuduhan di bawah Seksyen 4(1) Akta Pencegahan Pengubahan Wang Haram dan Pencegahan Pembiayaan Keganasan (AMLATFA) 2001.

Jika disabit kesalahan, tertuduh boleh dihukum di bawah Seksyen 24 akta sama yang memperuntukkan hukuman penjara tidak melebihi 20 tahun dan denda lima kali ganda daripada  nilai suapan.

Bagi kesalahan tersebut, tertuduh  boleh dijatuhkan hukuman penjara sehingga dua tahun, atau denda atau dengan kedua-duanya jika sabit kesalahan.

Bagi kesalahan di bawah AMLATFA 2001, tertuduh didakwa menggunakan hasil sebanyak RM1.5 juta daripada jualan rumah yang diperolehi secara percuma untuk membeli rumah dan kepentingan diri sendiri.

“Bagi kesalahan tersebut, tertuduh boleh dijatuhkan hukuman penjara lima tahun atau denda RM5 juta atau kedua-duanya sekali.

“Kesemua kesalahan tersebut didakwa dilakukan antara Mac 2009 hingga Oktober 2014,” katanya lagi.

Hakim Allaudeen Ismail menetapkan jaminan sebanyak RM1 juta dengan seorang penjamin dan pasport tertuduh diserahkan kepada mahkamah.

Kes akan disebut semula pada 6 Januari 2017.

will it be build?

Because a traffic diversion by IJM Berhad at the Jalan Tuanku 1
exit from Taman Salak Selatan had worsened traffic for residents heading to KL.
