I just go throught mudah, PandasMas, KepongMas, Sky Awani...
I thought the process would be different for gov loan...

If its the same, its okay then...
No need to pay 10%...
Just need to pay booking 5k...

What the developer said, isn't they agreed to wait until your bank release the money to them? Any timeline was given by them????

hi, im also using gov loan. But, my downpayment is RM 15k (5%). Not sure how you can manage to get only 5k. Now, im stuck at Borang 4B from developer. Still waiting them to call me and i received the reminder letter edi..

Gov loan is only for government servant and Federal Statutory Body.
It is not limited to Rumawip and PR1MA purchase, other houses also can.

However, I heard now there are now more government loan since all has been privatized.
For Rumawip, those who apply using gov loan, need to pay RM5k for booking only.
Can apply loan for 100% financing.
Perhaps those who are government servant can provide other information.
