Is the RM 300k price tag the same for either Free/Bumi lot last time?
No wander bank lelong this at 325k instead of launching price of 300k. This unit come with additional car park. The owner bought extra 1 car park slot. No wander. Not sure how much is the additional car park cost last time. 25k?
All rumahwip or rumah selangorku or PR1MA or PPA1M, no additional discount for bumi lot. Unlike private project which offer additional discounts for bumi buyers.

If that's the case, I think it's better to go in early and buy the free lots no matter whether you're a Bumi.
At least when your moratorium is up/or house goes into lelong (touch wood), your potential market is not restricted.
Really have no idea why DBKL wants to ringfence these lots in every Rumawip considering it doesn't bring any incremental benefits to the owner.

the additional car park is 20k if not mistaken
since it is originally bumi unit, does the new owner need to be bumi as well?
since its rumawip which cannot be sold as subsale within 10 years, does the new owner abide to the same law?
First lelong unit check in from Residensi Hijauan Lumayan (rumahwip project). Launching price last time at 300k. Big size unit compare to other rumahwip standard 800sqft to 900sqft only. Next door to future MRT2 Taman Naga Emas station. Got future potential here.
