No wander bank lelong this at 325k instead of launching price of 300k.
This unit come with additional car park. The owner bought extra 1 car park slot. No wander. Not sure how much is the additional car park cost last time. 25k?

All rumahwip or rumah selangorku or PR1MA or PPA1M, no additional discount for bumi lot. Unlike private project which offer additional discounts for bumi buyers.

Unit sold at reserve price 325k this week. Single bidder win.

Come with additional extra car park slot. Cost 25k actually optional last time for any owner that wanted to buy.

For lelong unit anyone can buy. But since this unit is bumi lot, only bumi buyer can buy.

No more lelong unit from here.
But from nearby project: Central Residence got.

Anyway, only this rumahwip is walkable to MRT station. Dont think can walk from those other projects across the main road.

Sold at 321K.

Good catch?
Last month reserve price at 280K only and yet nobody interested.
All decide to wait for lower price as usual.
