Just an advise:
Once u guys get ur VP, kindly make sure they don't hold back ur strata title application and if u guys don't want the same thing happen at ur place like at Suasana, make sure u guys gather as much as real owners together (not cronies owner to developer) to prepare for ur first AGM. |

i know the strata title must be given when get the VP unfortunately not the case with Suasana, we still yet to get that title even we have being force to pay the 5K for the strata title when we take the keys....... just beware they might do the same with this new project....

Still waiting for the strata title? Have you checked with Astana Lumayan owners? I think it's the same developer as well.. |

When u are VP? Because this law just updated in jun 2015. Like RHL construc after the law implemented. When come to VP their need to submit us the strata tittle. any one start disbursement 2c progress because i saw level 5 already start concreting. |
