d guy in d video said the 9 hour video was after Bournemouth's game. Not sure it is after which game. sweat.gif

But then i read in WeAintGotNoHistory, they said Roman was not present in the meeting, so it might not be that important. hmm.gif

Meanwhile, over at the Daily Mail, the story is that the Chelsea brass (who may or may not have included Roman Abramovich) held a 9-hour (!) meeting over the future of the manager, which seems rather excessive but maybe someone's a slow talker.  I'd also assume that Abramovich would be involved in any final decision over the fate of Mourinho, so if he wasn't there, I'm not sure just how "crunch" these talks could've possibly been.

If Roman is not there, then I think it's ntg. If Roman is there for the meeting, high chance Mou sack I think.

The thing is sacking mou will hurt roman wallet even more.with the oil barrel price going down + new stadium, roman budget will be tight.

What i really wanna know is what the hell happen behind the closet. What are the root cause of our problem

sigh, baru sign new contract, then next season, face chopping block. Really kesian Mou.

Actually come to think of it, Mou has never faced such huge crisis in any club that he manage before. Have a look at his career as a manager.

Attached Image

almost every year he won a trophy with each club he managed. Only 2013-2014 he has won nothing.

Mou is used to winning, Mou is used to getting players that he want. This is something totally new to him. A total meltdown in the club, relegation threatened. Mou has never faced such big challenge before. Mou is a good manager, no doubt. But if he wanna be considered as 1 of the great, he has to drag us out of this situation now. Top half finishing in PL (6th to 10th), then I'm content dy. If we win any cup, that's a bonus.

to be compared to the likes of Alex Ferguson, Mou need to go thru this tough patch and prove that he can persist and drag us out of this mess. If Mou kena sack by us again. Mou will forever be touted as the '2 season wonder one'.

Again, in the end it all falls to Roman and the board's hands.

There are 2 ways of solving. 1 is sack Mourinho, which might prove to be an instant fix, get someone as interim manager, play to the players' strength and drag us out of relegation battle. 2 is stick with Mourinho, give him the chance to prove himself, give him the money to sign players in January.

As of now, seems like option 1 is more likely. sweat.gif

Btw, IF Roman does sack Mourinho, anyone fancy JT take on the interim manager role? laugh.gif Maybe he can be our very own Gary Monk. laugh.gif
