got replacement for my stock router. TP-Link Archer C7 AC1750....the cheapest i can find around for ac range, got it for 360ringgit from lazada....unifi compatible and easy setup. dual band really give option for multi devices. But most olders wifi cannot detect 5ghz wifi signal, my iphone 4 only detect 2.4ghz signal, my hypptv also cant....anyone experience it?

we are using 10mb package now, would like to change to 30mb package
our contract is finished.

now, i want to change this unifi to under my name and change to new package, what should i do?
can i change to my name without my bro present?

I've got a question to check with all you sifu's out there. I'm currently on the 10Mbps package and I understand that the bandwidth for HyppTV and the normal internet line is separate.

However, is it the same for the 30Mbps package ? Let's say if I'm updating my games at full 30Mbps will my HyppTV stream lag ?

I've tried asking the customer service at TM and non of them can give me a firm answer on this.

dont upgrade unifi for 30mbps and 50mbps because to many people complaint for unstable

i know VIP20 always stable then unifi 30mbps and 50mbps to much problem
batter keep VIP20

my area not available unifi so sad i using streamyx 4mbps
my area also cannot streamyx 8mbps

i waiting unifi my area then i will apply VIP20

Yeak! Sounds like if your area many people doing downloading 24/7, then your internet performance will suffer.

Your advance 30/50 internet performance depend on other unifi users usage, sucks!

It works if you request the beta.speedtest.net desktop site. Otherwise it gets redirected to a page asking you to use the apps.

i did request desktop site, but when i click the begin test, no response.

im using firefox beta android, but not working.

at 1st i thought it could be add on issue, but after disable add on, still not working.

For early termination of UniFi, do I need to pay for the remaining months? I might need to move to SG soon for work purpose, so need to plan properly now. My sister's house UniFi port is not activated yet, else I can shift address...

No activity. I checked all previous bills and was stated VIP10 billed at 199... now no longer stated VIP10 but billed with 169

They dont give you new eq but your eq warranty renew for 1 year same as new eq.

Most obvious benefit to upgrade compare to re apply i think is probably you get voice pack which is actually better then old fixed line free call since now you have 600 minutes free for a month including calls to any h/p or maxis/celcom fixed line.After 600 minutes fixed to tm is still free but rest is 10 cent.I have used it for a month and now actually dont need to pay the extra rm16-rm22 that always occuring every month since family like to call h/p.

Now my bill is 179 b4 gst compare to rm199+calls(rm15-rm22) b4 gst.

Problem is new application, re apply, or upgrade by going to tmpoint or calling 100 doesnt get you free voice pack.

You only get free free pack if they call you and ask you to upgrade but i notice here on forum some ppl say they not getting free voice when ask to upgrade >? so is a lil confusing.

Hi all need some advice,

Here is the situation. last month TM call for appointment to install the unifi but when asked if can fix in certain time, they cant confirm and advice to ask the contractor when they call. When the contractor call, they say cant fix it at my requested time, suggest to do it the next day (Saturday). Now in the bill there is a UniFi Installation Deferment Fee. From my understanding is charged when customer is not available at appointed time, but I already reshedule before they come. Is the fee they charge me correct or should I complain?

I'm not too sure because I'm not in PJ now to use iflix.
I heard there's problem now? Read it somewhere two days ago. Some can use it while some can't.
TM and iflix are still fixing it.
