QUOTE(amirudin920927 @ Dec 12 2015, 07:35 PM) Same here since July for me, all the earlier issues like slow Apps Store and Facebook newsfeed slow loading are solved already. At least, they improved. I'm contented and now gave me free upgrade to 10Mbps upload speed and free unlimited calls, really syukur. |

QUOTE(Nicholasng99 @ Dec 13 2015, 11:27 PM) I've upgraded to 30mbps last month, yesterday assumed some TM guys working on the TM pole behind my house which caused a downtime of 1-2 hours. I did a speedtest, upload speed is 10mbps. A few of us also got. I did the test a few times to be sure, uploaded to google drive, seeding, etc ![]() Is it just me? I got mine for close to a month already with 10Mbps upload speed. |

My best ping till to date after using Unifi since last year's April.
The best was always 6ms and just managed to get 5ms. ![]() Tried Speedtest Beta, looks like disable flash makes my ping lower. http://beta.speedtest.net/result/4914874638 This post has been edited by fruitie: Dec 15 2015, 12:58 AM |

QUOTE(ctwl368 @ Dec 15 2015, 01:30 PM) Do you guys have issues with connection hanging with unifi at high rise? My friend didn't complain anything yet to me, so I assume it's OK for her. She's at level 19 and using 30Mbps.This month itself i have experienced 3 times and had to call them each time to reset. Shows connection fine but can't get to any website, etc. is this common? When i call the helpdesk they seem to indicate like its normal. Is there something wrong with my router? I just installed Unifi in Oct 2015 thanks. |

Woohoo, even on flash based Speedtest, I could get single digit ping on my laptop which was usually 16ms. I usually have single digit ping on my phone and last night tried on Beta Speedtest.
![]() Not sure what has TM done to my connection but thanks a lot! This post has been edited by fruitie: Dec 15 2015, 09:13 PM |

QUOTE(Archronicles @ Dec 16 2015, 05:38 PM) Didn't know it is possible to achieve >30mbps with the 30mbps package To answer to your question, I'm using Xiaomi Nano Router as Access Point. Even the stock router also I can get more than 30Mbps just that the WiFi signal is not so strong. This post has been edited by fruitie: Dec 16 2015, 05:44 PM |

QUOTE(philip42 @ Dec 17 2015, 12:13 AM) You guys having any problems with youtube recently? Some videos won't play and it only shows a spinning circle. I have this problem too sometimes, I will either restart my router or just switch to lower definition, say like 720p, then let it start playing and switch back to 1080p. Works for me. |

QUOTE(philip42 @ Dec 17 2015, 12:24 AM) this is so annoying lol, usually the videos that wont load will be defaulted to 144p, when i change the quality it's still buffering. Tried the same video on the other devices and it's the same, so i assume it's unifi prob. I do acknowledge that UniFi is having issues with YouTube videos. However, very rare for me. Only those Chinese reality shows sometimes, so I just change the quality to 720p or sometimes 360p and let it buffer a while and it will start playing. Then after a few seconds I will switch back to 1080p. |

QUOTE(emy_xvidia @ Dec 17 2015, 12:44 AM) App Store download also has been quite slow. IP starts with 115... But streaming Netflix & Hulu has been mabeles I thought Apps Store issue is fixed? Came back again, I will try later. Anyway, the YouTube issue I purposely tested a video which I knew I had problem earlier. Googled and found this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JTrVjvIrHCM It works for me. I haven't done the CMD command yet and it is already working. Have a try. These are my settings that working for me so far. ![]() |

I confirmed Apps Store on my side is having problem too.
Last tried was 2 .00 a.m., certain apps took very long to download whereas some were quick. |
