Just upgraded to 30mb

Total rm169 + tv pack Rm30 = rm 199 (promo price???)

They said its already promo price. Just want to know if you guys get the same pricing?

just call tm earlier and the operator said internet rm 169 is discounted price. She said rm 30 discount (199-30). So rm 169+ rm 30 = rm 199 . Im confused now.  

just called TM... they ask me to restart my modem twice during the whole conversation....

The speed from before restart - Download (6mbps+) Upload (5mbps+)
The speed after first restart - Download (5 mbps+) Upload (5mbps+)
The speed after second restart - Download (3mbps+) Upload (5mbps+)

It seems that my upload speed quite consistent and i am shock that my upload speed its all above 5mbps ( i thought it was cap 5mbps).... and yea my download speed keep slowing down and the girl inside the phone also dont know what else to say and she said she will make a report. Hopefully i wont have any problem like some forumer here said that they will need to call TM every few days to fix the problem. 

Call tm a second time and operator reluctantly told me i didnt get the discounts and pay full price for this month.  . Anyway he said he will file a complaint to TM.

I am one of the early adopters. My bill for Unifi 30 is rm210.95. So I need to go to nearest TM and ask for discount? It is suppose to be Rm140 as per your bill?

When did u manage to get the extra rm20 discount? I believe I have been paying Rm199 for almost 1 year (cant really remember when I upgraded, but quite a long time ago, perhaps before the launching date.

yes, i feel cheated after they official announce the plan. but i din know can go to tm point and get the latest price.

 
will dropby tm point as soon as possible, possible ask them to refund for previous month?

TM didn't charged me for hyytv package..
Currently l'm on unifi 30 advance + aneka .. already 3 mth i notice that they didn't include that hypptv package in my bill..

My current bill there write Unifi advance 30Mbps instead of Unifi Advance 30Mbps + Aneka. But they do charge me the Hypptv.

my comp connected to router but router not connected to internet

4mbps is still okay though, when I go back to my hometown......... 512kbps and I'm using 30mbps here

wow even lagi murah from previous vip5. yup u are so so lucky . whats is your upload now? most of the lucky forumers here gets extra upload limit from 5mbps to 10mbps and free call to land line.

Hi everyone. I am new to unifi. Just installed 50mbps. However, the speed is not stable. The speed can be below 10mbps, 25mbps, 35mbps, 47.7mbps is the max i got. Yesterday night cant update my itunes or apps. Super snail slow speed. Anyone encounter this problem?
