My friend's 30Mbps doesn't come with free calls. This is her screenshot.
![]() I didn't know mine has free calls. I really thought it has been removed when I upgraded to 30Mbps back in July, at least this was communicated to me. |

QUOTE(ycs @ Dec 4 2015, 07:13 PM) alas, the system doesn't show it, so it didn't work even though she agreed to do Looks like I was really lucky to be given with free calls. I thought once I upgraded no more, the telemarketer who did my upgrade told me it will be removed. I said OK and proceeded to upgrade. This was in July.maybe go back to harass her later Then fast forward to Oct when TM rolled out 30Mbps plan at RM 179 while I was paying RM 199 since July. Together with others in this thread filed a complaint to MCMC and someone from TM HQ called to ask me walk to the nearest TM to get RM 179. However, she reminded me that my free calls will be removed. In my heart, I was thinking I thought it has been removed in July? I didn't bother at all that time because I just wanted to get the discount only. Only today I found out my free calls were not removed all this while. |

QUOTE(ycs @ Dec 4 2015, 07:30 PM) I checked back my screenshot records in previous thread. Apparently after I went to TM Point to get RM 20 discount, I didn't have the free calls in my OCC. Suddenly on the next day, it appeared in my OCC and until today only I found out it was free calls. Little bit of luck only la. |

QUOTE(kebeckham7 @ Dec 5 2015, 07:34 PM) I'm an upgrade user since July and only found out I have free calls all this while. Never really negotiated because I never use my phone at all but I got it. Probably it's a technical error. |

QUOTE(MGM @ Dec 7 2015, 12:31 AM) Only happened lately, normally night time for 2-4 hours. Browsing still ok, but not downloading movies which I have to do after midnight. Cannot la, must complain and after they fix, ask them to compensate those days that you didn't enjoy the speed. |

QUOTE(Kitkat88 @ Dec 7 2015, 01:27 AM) I am on Unifi Advance 30. I watch a lot of China TV reality shows as well but I stream from their YouTube official channels. On Speedtest, usually I can get between 25 and 30 mbps if I let Speedtest choose the best server itself, which always chooses a server in PJ, KL.. (in Malaysia). ![]() But, if I choose a server in China, the download speed drops drastically to about 5-10 mpbs. Is this normal? I like to stream movies on my TV Box (using MXQ TV Box), but a lot of times the movies will keep buffering, and at times can't even play. I use apps like VST and Dian Shi Mao. Since these are Chinese movies, I believe they are being streamed from China? See my Speedtest below on a typical server in China: ![]() My TV Box is connected through the powerline using wall plugs. Any advise how to improve my streaming? Thank you. Sorry but I don't stream stuff straight from China. Occasionally I do stream from their official websites but so far OK. I'm also on 30Mbps. |

QUOTE(kebeckham7 @ Dec 8 2015, 12:15 AM) hahahaha...no laaa After switching to Access Point setup, my routers don't allow me to have IPv6 unless I stick to pure TM equipment. I still can bear with IPv4 now. |

QUOTE(kebeckham7 @ Dec 8 2015, 12:51 AM) yeah only stock tm equipment can have ready ipv6....and just now my unifi just no connection ....i call 100 and they said there were maintenance around my area. maybe they installing new equipment for new location since my place is still new and installation for new infra. Somehow TM is infamous to quote "maintenance" as the reason a.k.a. excuse. No issue in PJ. |
