just go to tmnet, tell them you are moving out to new address. Tell them want to transfer your unifi to your sister's house address, if there is no port, you have the option to choose either terminate without any penalties or subscribe to streamyx

That's what my younger bro did when he terminated his still under contract unifi account. penalty waived
*
Hey, thanks for this idea! What about my sister is already using Streamyx? Still can do it without subscribing to anything?

I had a very, very bad experiences with TM so far. This is quite a long story so need to use SPOILER.

I don't know what should I do now. Should I wait until 24th and be disappointed again? This is so frustrating. My wife is 7 months pregnant and the only entertainment she have at home is supposed to be the internet. I'm really, really frustrated and disappointed with TM now.  cry.gif  cry.gif  vmad.gif  vmad.gif

I have a very reliable agent, fixed my installation within 3 days and my friend within a week. If you want the contact, PM me. smile.gif
You can even request first month free from them. laugh.gif All my transactions were done via WhatsApp only. Haha.

Will miss u in LYN. But look on the bright side, u will get 10x the speed for the same price in Singapore. And u will be earning SGD, take u half the time to get the same amt of saving for retirement in Malaysia, or may be u will become a Singaporean, most of whom are millionaire.

I'm still a proud Malaysian wei. biggrin.gif

anybody with
"UniFi Special Discount RM50" and upgraded to new advance unifi still having this discount?

i check my account, after this discount my monthly fees is RM149, i hope i managed to retain the discount, by right it should be RM129 if the early bird promo is calculated.
*
What RM 50 discount is this?

i have this promo long time ago when i was offered to upgrade to VIP10 with jumbo pack or something..
i think that time if we added jumbo pack, the speed is upgraded to VIP10 from VIP5 for free. so i guess RM50 discount is to offset jumbo pack fees.
*
I don't think you can bring any discount over. Cheapest is RM 179 for 30Mbps.

QUOTE(kakicipan @ Dec 23 2015, 09:59 AM)
same case with me. just received the bill amounting of RM 149 for internet and RM 50 for HyppTV. total would be RM 199. fyi, this is my first bill for 30 Mbps package.

so, what did you do bro? go to TM and already sort things out? total you pay how much?
*
Which HyppTV are you subscribing?
Mine is Aneka and my bill shows like this:
RM 169 - RM 20 (discount) + RM 30 (Aneka HyppTV) = 179
Technically, the RM 20 discount is for Internet.

Used to have this issue many months ago, now no more. It seems TM has fixed it.

I went to a cafe in S'ban last weekend, I was testing the speed when I connected to their connection. I captured more than 30Mbps on my phone, so were my sister and her husband too. In addition, so many customers were using at the same time too. I wonder which package they are using.

Does IPv6 really helpful in YouTube videos? My YouTube issues are just occasionally. Now there's a problem, I can't use IPv6 on my Xiaomi router. laugh.gif

enable ipv6 does help for youtube issue...but for me, if i enable ipv6 i cant load image on facebook, even with google ipv6 dns, so i only enable if when the video wont load. will disable after watching the video.
*
I see. I don't have issues with Facebook, YouTube just once a while.
I don't think I can do anything to my router... Only if I use back my stock router, it will be on IPv6. sweat.gif
