UNIFI finally landed in Semenyih.... rclxm9.gif rclxm9.gif

A quick check online reveal that area such as Sunway Semenyih, Pelangi Semenyih, Bandar Tasik Kesuma, Tiara East, Bandar Tek, Hillpark etc all have UNIFI connection already.... thumbup.gif thumbup.gif

If you type the postcode "43500", which is the Semenyih postcode, you can see many areas in Semenyih already have the UNIFI.. brows.gif brows.gif

I presume in Ecohill will take some time, although connection ready. TM won't be so fast hand fast leg, since they want to wait for more applications then will do the work, a "tradition"... laugh.gif laugh.gif

I presume for pallida units, perhaps only end lot/corner unit don't have the column in the living room. Perhaps you should check your SPA drawing again (second schedule).

Nowadays weekends at the park during evening is full with bikes and cars parking along the park and main roads. Thus, the reason why Setia decide to close the park.

I am sure one day the park will be human jam at the top looking at the current crowd during evening nowadays.

I am surprised 2 of my ex colleagues actually called me up with regards to EM karisma launching last Friday and ask my opinions whether they should buy or wait for D'Camellia. Investment purposes. One currently stay in Shah Alam, and the other at Jalan Ipoh.

I gave my opinions and advises them to visit both places to decide.

Look like ulu place semenyih is getting a lot of limelight lately.  tongue.gif

Agree with you the build quality of the first phase Ecohill that VP recently not really top notch. Nonetheless, they have responded well in the rectification and hopefully they can improve in the upcoming VP units, if SP Setia wants to retain their position in the construction area.

By the way, the build quality of Setia Alam units previously under Tan Sri also not within the top notch category. Hopefully EW can learn from the past mistake and make sure the current product build quality is really superior, which we most probably can witness it for the first time by this year end.
