Yeap, I heard the top management of SP Setia knew about this issue and have made some changes on the subcon. Hopefully they really learn from the mistake and make sure won't repeat again for the upcoming units.

Some of the SA told me Ecohill project is following CONQUAS practise. I am wondering if they are bluffing me. sweat.gif sweat.gif

Hmm, interesting... I have closely followed up with the progress of the units, and I presume they have ample of time to complete the units. Why they set a dateline that subcon need to make a rush? hmm.gif hmm.gif

I wonder if it's okay to ask them to improve the quality of their cement plastering for the external parts of the house. While the inside seems good, I realised the external walls don't appear to be very professional. A bit 'kasar' on their workmanship.

Yes, anything you believe the workmanship not up to par, you can request to rectify. I have done so on the plastering work around the window frame, they actually have done it.

"For the 14 months ended Dec 31, 2015, the group posted a net profit of RM918 million compared with RM388 million in FY14. Revenue last year was at RM6.7 billion compared with RM3.8 billion in FY14.

Khor said it achieved RM4.3 billion in sales last year, exceeding its RM4 billion target despite difficult market conditions.

The group declared a record high dividend of 19 sen per share, subject to shareholders’ approval.

If approved, full year dividends payout will be 23 sen per share, which includes the interim dividend of 4 sen per share totalling RM604.5 million, representing a dividend payout ratio of 65.8% of net profit."

Sorry to hear that.. Regardless what's the reasons, any hairline cracks also can report to CEC for rectification.

Heard today Ecohill Link jam again...

Is it because of lack of parking for EcoMajestic Flower show or due to the tar paving work along Precinct 1 SEH?

It's about 2 years now since Tan Sri left SPS. Performance wise so far so good, hopefully they can continue the good work..

Extracted from Brickz..

There are 1173 transactions recorded in Semenyih from 1985 till 2015.. More than 90% transactions are recorded after 2014..

Average price per transaction has increased from ~ 100k in 2009 until more than 400k by 2015. Very keen to see the chart change by 2020.

I believe this chart only capture the subsale data in Semenyih though..

As for the commercial unit, 121 transactions are recorded from 2005 till 2015..

Again, more than 90% recorded after 2014.

The average price per transaction is increased from ~ 800k in 2013 to more than 1 mil in 2015.
