Bro, just some enquiry from you, what is your suggestion for public transport like KTM if live in ecohill and work in KLCC area ?

Paying RM 4 is total crap by someone trolling here.

I spoke to the Ecohill Office.  If someone identifies the guard who collects bribes, they are more than willing  to sack them immediately.

I see THREE particular trend lately:

a. There could be AGENTS here trying to bring down the prices so it's easier to sell.

b.  Potential BUYERS trying to create a situation where property prices will drop and they come in and buy.

c. Agents of other DEVELOPERS trying to create a bad market for SP Setia.
So, house owners please be wary of some of the writers here!

I dropped by at oriental garden yesterday evening after rain and this is a sight which I captured at the lake. An ugly sight I must says which I am going to lodge a complaint to the estate mgmt.

The lake smells kerosene and thus, the probable reason of dead fishes.

Hi all, I just got my key from a Tralas and wanted to share some pics. 

The finishing is not up to par for what was paid but expected for Setia most of the problems are from contractors simply not giving a crap about what they are doing.  The other issue I noticed is the road out front, it's brand new but it's bumpy already which again shows little care and standards.  I do think they need to redo the road it's simply not good enough for what people have paid and how they have sold it as. 

The park behind is nice but the river is all brown, I didn't see the dead fish or have the smell, i was there on Saturday.  The play area is nice but again the finishing lets it all down with some of the rubberised cork mats coming up and some of the equipment not being installed properly.

I would say that the finishing is on par with Eco Park, it too was nothing special.  I don't want to be too damming as most of the problems are surface issues (apart from the road)

One thing though at the end of the park there is a big open space next to the play area, if there were a good breakfast restaurant there that would be awesome

Do not be too excited bro. I was one of the purchaser that was extremely excited as you when i bought property in SEH way back in 2013.
You might b extremely disappointed as me and other forumers as well with quality of deliverables.

Anyone here got problem with the water pressure? Once you open the tap downstairs, the upstairs water is like air kencing only.

Done the waterproofing test on bathroom. Fail big time. Quality wise, SP Setia is goner.
