It's OK, I did't make the mistake eventually and I seldom use Ikhwan. Wise is my priority.

Anyway, just reloaded RM 100 TnG and partially pay my UniFi of RM 80 using Ikhwan at Sam's Nu Sentral.
For the first time, I have fully maximized my Ikhwan this month.

Yeay, Wise and Ikhwan also maximized.

Rushing to clear all payments because will be busy next week and week after that will be on business trip.

lol I never fully utilize my Ikhwan, thinking of Reload TnG, paying Astro and Unifi bill at Sam Groceria which is not so convenience for me

The lastime I tried, the counter the TnGO reload not success although the credit card transaction had been debited. The CS void & refund the CC transaction. Requested the CS to tried on another counter which is counter 8 was successful..

I also encountered this last time. The supervisor came and did something at another counter to reload my TnG offline.

cold storage subang parade can't reload with credit card.

Jaya Grocer Empire Subang TnG offline yesterday, so cannot reload for both cc and cash.

There are specific counters. You will need to look for the TnG sign.

However, they were unable to reload TnG using credit card during the CNY week. No idea why.

By the way, Mydin have a service charge for reloading TnG.

Guys, need help for your advise how to get refund:
Been Sam's Groceria Encorp Mall by 10th Jan using TnG pay TMNet, tried twice and both not success.

Filed report at TnG hub by 11th Jan, the goddamn coMpany never call me and concluded that it is not their problem, closed the file without informed till I called them today.

According to the customer service Azmi(over the phone), the amount still withheld by Sam's Groceria, does this sounds legit?

Planning to make appointment with Sam's Groceria Encorp Mall branch manager by tomorrow, worry that he will be challenge me present document proven that the amount is withheld by them, any other way I can backup myself aside waiting the black and white confirmation from TnG?(God know when they going to reply my email, DUH!)

Just wonder they still acept Touch N Go for Bill Payment? As I know that they stop it for long time.
You can bring along the touch n go statement and TMNET statement to show them that Sam's Groceria charge the amount in touch n go statement and no payment done on TMNET statement.

since you will be meeting the branch manager, showing both your statements will be the best solution. besides, i believe they can easily trace that they have withheld the amount so will not challenge you to prove.

i just try reload at PETRON @ LITRAK layby 4 at puchong . but they charge 1% using credit card on top of the RM0.53 service charge. Service was fast, but Petron miles cannot be obtain. Only for Fuel

I reload rm200 , they can max rm100 per transaction so service charge will be rm1.06 . And yes this is first time i'm using this cc.
