I think what he wanted is park home feel but merrydale design conventional design? But at a near 100k /10% premium more than merrydale...

Back then when DPC was the first landed strata not many believe it....after sometime time because of the strict enforcement value of houses went up in folds.....EM deriving its experience from SP and other benchmarks....given some time I believe it would be the same too
The whole onus is for ppl who went in the early batches....that's where you reap the most |

U can park in front of your gate...as long as doesn't encroach others....I believe 2 in 2 out is possible , anything more than 4 pls get a endlot or corner lot

I think anybody can post some alleged remarks in here abt EW. What we need from EW is some further proof and also actual in progress pics to refute and explai n on things otherwise allegations will end up as truths....I hope EW team do something abt this to maintain their reputation amidst their fast n furious growth.
A lot of buyers committed on good faith trusting the mgt team and their pre-EW results.... |

Honestly up to date I feel what's really lacking is detailed progress updates - I am not expecting them to show how they brick it up or laying tar roads or pipings....but at least give us some insights on the important milestone checks or pics when it comes to diff prescient diff models of the houses
I may not have construction background, but any transparency. Served would proved to be a confidence booster as well as living up to the actual mantra ...Nothing 2 Hide |
