Finally managed to view the CD, consists of detailed floor plans and building materials
U only get to view the house model u bought for, ie mine is 8c

Clay bricks everywhere, toilets walls fully tiled up, timber floors not laminated ones, tile floors on verandah n car porch...

1 thing surprised me though...seems that there is a study area before entering master bedroom, and the room itself is elevated with 2 steps up !!

The other thing is seems that the toilets are well placed in terms of fengshui that u aren't entering your home with he washroom directly above u! Well thought EW design !!

Shd be comin soon bro

By the way not seems a bit diff on build up area for 8c....under 2200, thought was to be 2400?!

N lack of indication on ceiling height for all areas...or maybe I read it wrongly

Happy yes....and also a lot of suspense...bought it without even viewing a show house,

Design of park homes is nicer fully covered car porch smile.gif

Now for merrydale car porch , since it's a flat top roof, hope they plaster it with good workmanship smile.gif

The gate is going to be really low, 1.5m

Jz came back....SA are pretty helpful...parkhome 7c n 7d are nice , but layout wise prefer 7c...22x80 the master bedroom has a huge wardrobe and less a living hall on ground floor

For merrydale buyers shd take a look at 7a n 7b...SA giving close comparisons on 7a/7b which are similar to merrydale....plus minus a bit on room sizes

Coffee is quite nice smile.gif
