still have to exercise prudence in investment decision making no matter how good the magic the developer can play.

Instead of Cheerywood, I bet it will be Stoneridge to fill up the fully-sold Tenderfields then. Cheerywood if opens will only be possible towards end 2016 or unless Mellowood continues to be selling like hot cake then could be earlier.

Banks are more cautious in approval for quite some time but the cautions are exercised towards the over leveraged group and on certain product / geographical segments. If your financial is solid, you are more than welcome as the market is damn competitive nowadays for good quality client.

If Tenderfields fully / nearly fully sold, it needs to create the supply for the market who demands a premium products. Well, do not expect it to launch it in great number rather it will be slowly rows by rows.

If no change at all since early this month, all types have less than 10 (mostly below and averagely 5) except for 2C which the reserved units opened at much later stage still have around 30 units.

Noblegate and Stoneridge shall fetch higher sales value, not solely because these are sold later but given the high ground of where the lands are.

Bro, just notice my typo mistake. Actually I meant Stoneridge - but same as Noblegate ie mix of SD and bungalow.

Soli-soli. My typo mistake, I actually meant Stoneridge. Facade I suppose they will continue with the colonial style to maintain the uniformity of the theme of the township. When drive along the 132ft thoroughfare, can see they start some works on the high ground already.

If they still follow what they did last time it's in fact a regress but glad to see that they try to / have differentiated themselves and established its own brand uniqueness.
