I have witnessed the transformation of Semenyih in the past 10 years, used to be a small village (kampung baru) with almost zero traffic jam and rely only on single lane road in and out..

MKH was the main player in Semenyih for the past 7 - 8 years and already manage to bring in substantial development to Semenyih till its today form.

Now we have the first class township developers in town. The next 10 years potential would be "unmeasurable"... brows.gif brows.gif

Yeah they definitely need to consider using better plates, aluminium or timber plank sound better, not sure about cement plank though, that one fall down can hit and kill people.  sweat.gif

for the timber flooring, yeah even if it's caused by contractors, it just seems that it is more vulnerable to scratches (and more visibly spotable) than the other woody tones. Hopefully i am wrong about that.
