Corner lot mah... that's why higher maintenance fees loh.. The land size is double the inter unit, of course the maintenance fees is double as well. No doubt maintenance fee for corner and end lot is higher but that cannot be generalised as most units are still intermediates so most buyers pay for the fee of intermediate. Larger land hence paying more maintenance fee is fair, isn't it?
