nobody concern what the parkhome maintenance fee rate?
With all the extra nice garden feature provided... of coz u ned to pay more to keep it well maintain. Fair enough....
But for me cant reli afford to absorb this monthly cost compare to other precinct

i asked
Merrydale RM0.15
Tenderfield RM0.12
Mellowood RM0.20

let said my corner unit at Tenderfield about 3000sf
RM0.12 = RM360/mth
if fall at Mellowood RM0.2 = RM600/mth

i told i base on corner unit , intermedia unit 22*75 = 1650
therefore corner unit with extra 25" side land will be (25+22)*75 = 3525 am i rite?

Sorry ya i base on Tenderfield, while intermedia oso got 12" extra land = (12+22)*75 = 2550


So if mellowood,
7D corner unit (21+22)*80 = 3440 * RM0.20 = RM688/mth
7D inter unit 22*80 = 1760 * RM0.20 = RM352/mth
