Thats the price that we were told.

Actually the price looks fair given that they giving easier entry of rebates, which make it around RM 760k ono. Its almost similar to Merrydale in terms of 20" foot garden at the back, 50" foot frontage and etc. but, its good that EW dont raise too much since they had been sold Cradleton and Merrydale, both precints with sizes of 20x70 n 22x70 footprint, and the number of same size units gping to throw to the tantrum by 2016-2017.

However, if we compare the 7A at RM 800k vs Parkhomes, 7C at RM 900k, less than RM 100k difference after rebates and thus, on my recommendation, the oncept, parkhomes is the exclusive and rare product, bigger built up, footprint bigger to 22x80 .... These made the Parkhomes simply looks cheap.

Btw, thats the Parkhomes. Bcz the size is limited at 22" and 24" width. 24" is consider very nice.

The theme is about private garden, double frontage, garden and greenery style living hall. Imagine, any intermediate of Mellowood parkhomes is already equivalent of an old taman end lot house with 10" ft land size.

Most of us would prefer an extraordinary house at within budget. A house with spacious living hall for family to share a stronger bond, lush car porch to ensure no difficulty of getting out from the car, bigger kitchen for the mostress to show off the cabinets and shiny appliances, extra garden, bigger balcony plus lanai, more comfort and spacious via all bedrooms. I believe only a RM 2m could afford such house bcz tats not sufficient even to buy Zenia's 22x75 via Desa Park City.

I also prefer bigger kitchen, but I feel the big living hall able to acommodate some space as open dry kitchen via Anglo-French concept. Overall, I think all the bedrooms quite nice with laminated timber flooring. A very tastefully design but I think the 10" internal verandah could be better.

You were at the EWC, right?
You saw the purpose commercial area, Majestic City or Silversquare.

Harmoni/Karisma is quite close, only 2 roundabout away.
Some more there is no rm600k houses in EM.
In SEH also difficult to find. Bartonia 20x70 I was told sold out oledi.

This medium cost apartment can fill up that huge gap if they launch it at around RM300K.
Judging from the response at SEH, think can go ahead.

There is an obvious improvement for the EWC compare to other events to 2 - 3 months ago...

Bullet tak cukup nvm. Got rebates and the rest of the dp via CC 36 months zero installment.

Same like u, depends on whether I can get bank loan next year 2016. Probably Karisma or any medium cost apartment.

Yes. That means the private garden next to the living hall is approximately 22x20 for 7C and 24x22 for 7D included the verandah, quite huge.

I notice the 10 foot long verandah widthis bigger than 10 foot, I think got 13-14 foot.

Market not so good, cannot afford to keep buying property above RM 500-600k ... I think get one medium cost apartment is less riskier.
