The white one near the middle btm?? Can see Seasons Garden n Irama Wangsa clearly.. the sales gallery neary villa wangsa mas is Infinity?

As Im not familiar with the Sec 10 Wangsa Maju, mind to share what motivated you all to buy this project? is it due to location? Developer? or other reason? Many Thanks for sharing your point of view.

1) strong developer
2) among previous project Marc Residence, KLCC
3) nice freebies ( kitchen cabinet, complete set toilet fittings ). Nicely finishing with storage water heater. ( like hotel woo )
4) FREEHOLD
5) multiple phase.
6) different market segment between SG, IW, W9, Infiniti, RG, SR or even Villa Wangsamas.
7) Im not SA about this project.

compare this with the haute, gurney. which is a better buy?

the haute is also near to klcc. not far from wangsa maju. rm520sqft after rebate. bigger size. 2cp for all unit. low density.

cons are leasehold, next to rumawip and single race area.

I would have pick this over SG if this can be completed in 2018, but no luck.. is cheaper than SG in terms of psf and with lot freebies...

SG: Season Garden
IW: Irama Wangsa
W9: wangsa 9
RG: Riana Green
SR: Seri Riana...
