For No:03, available level 11,13,14,16,17,18,20,21,24,25,28,30,31,32,34,35,37,38,39,41

-5% early bird and -8% developer discount

List Price: RM 880,680
(-5%): RM
SPA Price: RM 836,640
(-8%):RM
Buyer price: RM 769,700

This developer is not willing to fix the defect, the defect in common area was reported years ago, but still not fix until now. No matter how many times you follow up with the developer, developer just don’t care.

At a glance, looks like a decent development to me. Some of the things that I don't agree with include the piping for the washing machine, which is rather awkward, having to go through the kitchen cabinet. I can still accept if there's no yard, which by the way is getting more and more common, but to not have a dedicated water outlet just for the washing machine...? Hmmphhhh

The top floor looks cool though, especially the view.
