The road entering Seasons Garden and Irama through Lexa is only 2lanes, if one lane let u illegal park, those residents sure burn your car... lol

but theoretically I think all the developments there will have insufficient car parks for smaller unit, end up everyone parking at road side

Kinda agree, thats y I bought extra car park, lol.. but a family may still got more than 2 cars..
As I noe, ppl who drive carelessly bang the illegal parking car cn still claim $$$ from those illegal parking. Cos if u din illegal park, ppl wont bang u... haha

According to the osc website, it seems like entire development was planned to build service apartments only. Each phase will has its own facilities.

Yes concern, but there isnt anything we can do right. At least they are all at stand alone parcels.

I think LEXA will be cheapest PSF if compare to future phases. But I don't think the gap of PSF will be too large.
