Hi, I juz checked my RHB bank account & I found that RHB ady paid RM15k to MALAYSIA BUILDING SOCIETY BERHAD. Does anyone here same with me?

I think another 5% request from Ambers?

You also same with me? coz I'm wonder why RHB suddenly paid RM15k to MALAYSIA BUILDING SOCIETY BERHAD as I did not receive any letter regarding lawyer instruct bank to pay

Beside that, tis amt also didn't mention inside schedule of pymt list in S&P

It's not happen to me yet.. & I'm yet to received any letter on this.. Maybe u can contact Ambers for more details den update us here..?

Just checked.. My RHB also just disburse 5% which is 15000 to MALAYSIA BUILDING SOCIETY BERHAD.. I guess there will be either 1 of the payment schedule in S&P section 2(f)-2(h)..

Btw, ur first 10% oso paid to MBSB what.. No diff for this round payment..

Is this 15K or 5% is for sewerage completion claim? I heard abt 2 months ago from Amber that they are going to bill buyer on this during CNY period

Block A buyer here,I also just notice this payment RM15k from my account RHB DISBURSEMENT MALAYSIA BUIDING SOC.

But why can jump to 2f.

Better check with Amber however i still yet to received the payment notice.

Anyone looking for a loan specialist for this project for loan ?

Is there any rule that must follow sequence..?

MBSB is the master chargee for the land so developer has to settle the loan due to MBSB first before they can make claims for the balance from your bank.

mean our house selling price.. 30% goes to MBSB while 70% goes to our property..? Hehr

why the bank just release another 5% without notifying me? and in such short period of time? the last release was 28jan. ada in macam cepat meh?

anyone managed to check with Amber on the latest bill? When is the due date?

Block B and C should be due on 17 or 18 March for the 5%. Take note and don't miss it and kena penalty.
