Hi, block A owner here. I shall pay when receive letter from bank or? So far I didn't receive any letter from bank which ask me to pay anything. Is it normal??

Is it normal?? call up your bank to check. or check online. but i will still think is better u call up.got one month they didn't send me notice then i paid only 92cents less (because i calculate myself), end up they almost penalty me.  |

For those who bought this condo for Block B & C considered very good luck & value for money but subject to quality delivery
The reason because my friends have some unit at The Z Residence & Kiara Residence 1 & 2, closed valuers asked them temporary rent out 1st despite the rental about the range of RM 1400 ~ RM 1700 between for 1000 sq ft +- , subject to furnishings, need to be patience to wait until Pavillion & OUG Paradigm Mall come out. Easily this area, The Z Residence, Kiara Residence & Casa Green BJ, can reach RM 700 ~ RM 800 p.s.f |
