Yes, I'm very regret to use developer panel... Initially I have been told by them will charge about 4k++, but now charges has raise up to 5.5k++.. Really speechless...

I did purchase extra parking but did not see extra charge from the invoice breakdown for parking..

if you realized the panel actually charge more exp than non-panel. Also my banker will has referral fees when I used them.

10% disbursed on 28jan. Receive letter from bank yesterday dated 5feb requesting to pay advance payment for interest d. Gan zul. Uob.

Guys, I'm quite confused here since I'm the first time house buyer. I get a letter from my lawyer saying the instructed my panel bank to pay 30K to MALAYSIA BUILDING SOCIETY BERHAD. Shouldn't be the 30K pay directly to the developer?

Anyway, tomorrow will call up the lawyer to clarify further. Anyone here can advise?

MBSB is the bridging loan financier for this project. If not mistaken first 30% of the price will go to them to repay the bridging loan.

Yes few of my clients is complain on this issue also.
