Been staying here the past 2 weeks or airbnb.

The first week was the 1 room type.

Currently on the 2nd week with the 2 room layout.

Daily rental rate was cheap...ariund rm90-100 daily.

I think much cheaper to lease chort term rather than rent long term, as airbnb dont need to pay for the electricity, internet etc....

Look around speedrent and propguru the rental rate long term look more expensive...

Cheapest rm2.8k to 3.6k for the bigger unit i think.....

Seen lots and lots of white people here. Mostly tourist. Probably they are on sjort term stay as well.

I can see theres 2 or 3 homestay/airbnb operators office at the lobby beside main entrance.

I stay before at Swiss Garden Residence airbnb for 1 week beside this place.

Honest review The Robertson location is better. Convenience shop and restaurants within a few steps walking distance really boost this place in terms of convenience.

I rate the landascape gardening and facility much better than swiss garden residence.

The toilet design eventhough not as flashy as the swiss garden residence but its much more kids/baby friendly

This place is great for a 2nd home in kl. For a primary home not suitable as the apartment size quite small.

But seeig the price of the apartment my wife and i totally cant afford it for a 2nd house budget lol. We both agree that its much cheaper and lower risk to just airbnb / short term lease when we have work/biz in KL.
