The last I asked was 8% discount but forgotten the available unit is RM 1500+ psf or RM 1600+ psf.

But, I dislike the idea of high end fashion wholesale mall. They selling high end price residences here, but "wholesale" party would destroy the image and "wholesale" brought the image of large number of retailers, crowds and etc but how high end fashion able to bring high crowds where these people rather walk and shop in shopping malls with comfort and if they are VVIP, the new dress or fashion clothes are send to their home for trial or as catalogue.

No lah, like what I mentioned, I did not buy and not interested into this Robertson anymore. I like Gamuda but current price vs previous price was overly big gap and wholesale mall doesn't make sense for me. But not sure for other buyers, maybe they see something which we don't feel.

For me, I seek for long term rental. It's difficult to sell now based on current market sentiment but we wont know 10 years later on.

Erhm, low floor or different facing? It slightly lower than the sales agent quoted me during my visit at early Dec. I was quoted RM 1,366 psf for unfurnished and RM 1,511 for furnished package. But, I dislike the given specs and freebies compare to BBCC as well as late buy and too high price compare to early buyers.

Couldn't remember the exact floor but high floor. Yes, BBCC suites 1 is around that price. If not mistaken, the bigger size 2 bedrooms was around Rm 1600 psf, the only units left face KLCC and the mall garden. I got mine 654 sq ft at RM 1646 psf nett nett.

Thx, pretty straight forward. Rebates 5% and RM 10k from initial 10% downpayment, booking RM 10k.

No furniture but fitted in like kitchen cabinet top n bottom, bedroom cabinet, as per showroom Electrolux hob, hood, oven, washer dryer, 3 air cons, forgot what brand is the bathroom sanitary items. plaster ceiling with downlights. 1 car park. the specs almost same like the residences Tropicana, 8 conlay etc but not furnished like them. Suppose want to get 554 sq ft but think few days the last unit facing klcc also not available dy. But happy to get the 654 sq ft because looks quite spacious.

Like The Residences, cosy enough and 700+ sq ft quite spacious but the modern design more to entertaining living made me worried I hardly dispose back to age below 40s and the price of RM 1.76mio with RM 1.1+ psf maintenance fee for 700+ sq ft put me off. 8 Conlay, totally no idea why they sell such price and if I have the budget I would wanna get Pav suites small unit.

No, The Residences is by Tropicana at Jln Ampang, just next to KLCC or opposite Wisma SDB. The location is good but my feeling is same like most other highrises surrounded KLCC, stand alone building and usp is only next to or walk to KLCC. The walking distance to KLCC is pretty good, just few min away but too bad it's too near KLCC so the view is almost fully block by KLCC in front of you.

Yes, the Residences maintenance fee is RM 1.10 psf, that's too steep for me. If 700+ sq ft unit would be around RM 800 a month. Can't imagine such price since they also have 3 bedrooms unit of over 1.1k sq ft. Pavilion Suites is RM 1.20 psf but well, it's Pavilion anyway, the branding also win dy.

BBCC maintenance fee is RM 0.60 psf, I think quite fair given that it is also high end residences and all small sizes. My unit would be around less than RM 400 a month but hope it wont higher than RM 0.80 psf in next few years.

The 2 bedders is more to open concept and it seems the kitchen cabinet looks stylish. I ok to the idea of foyer facing kitchen top but I like the idea of 2nd bedroom was hide away from living hall. 1.5mio should be very high floor near level 47. when I booked for facing klcc, notice only this 2 bedder units left except the last unit of 654 sq ft at lowest floor. the 2 bedders highest floor unit was 21st floor and was quoted 1.36mio after rebates, it should be slightly lower for remaining few units at level 10-14 I think.

the 1+1 bed Cc only available at middle and high zone, level 20 onwards, I wish to get this but fully booked. Just Rm 10k premium for corner. The level 5 is C intermediate unit, it was available few weeks back. now dunno.

I like 3 stonor honestly but when I visit their gallery, it took me and my friends just 30 min to leave the gallery and will never buy anything from them. probably I like the size of 600-700 sq ft but the attitude of sales staff really thought we can't afford to buy and never bother to serve or answer us.

I not sure why BBCC, most probably we feel good and we wanted to get anything but phase 1 or 2 and since it is a long term investment, we feel more room to grow. I like the idea of their new shopping mall where their partner co, Mitsui bring about 30% anchor tenants from Japan and the infrastructure plus geographically of PNB118 is nearby and TRX also nearby. If Robertson is not last phase or price had increased 40%, I might consider Robertson although lower spec. I like Gamuda but I not sure their highrise quality, a basic development.

The residences by Tropicana pricing killed me off. slightly 50-60 sf bigger than the bbcc but 650k difference.

Hahaha, ic. Sorry, but my first impression was always the time I walked into the gallery and how the SA served me. I doesn't mean he / she must be hand some or sexy bomb on a red carpet at vip lounge, well that is extraordinary service, but importantly how he or she look at us and present the project to us. If I really like the project and intend to buy, I will analyse there myself rather than keep asking them and go again to request another SA.

I doubt the particular SA would be able to provide good after sales services if the first impression already gone.

The Residences? Maybe just past half trophy for me, I rather top up and get pavilion suites for trophy buy. Honestly most of the discussed props above, I believe none are for short term. hahaha.
