Wow that's crazy. Thanks for your confirmation. I've only experienced trading in a phone once at their BSC outlet.

If I were to take up their Phone Freedom 365 plan, do you know if they will deduct the trade in cost and recalculate the monthly fees or will they just pay me back in one lump sum?

Digi's iPhone now will be using eSim? Or we need to request to change to eSim ?

You can request for eSIM . I did it Digi Centre at Gardens . Less than 10 minutes to get it .

It's better to check with every centre. Digi Service Centre would be more professional I believe. The one that quoted me very low was a digi outlet not the official service centre.

But Digi really gotta improve their system. I can't check any stock availability at all. The answer given by them is that I have to walk in every store and ask. Which is really stupid when we are at current era where everything is connected with internet. sweat.gif sweat.gif

As for Maxis, you can just check them online and go straight to the store.

With esim, if I go to other country,
I can get a simcard there and both lines can use together, right?

Noted on this benefits.

But never try before, just wondering how can I inactive MY SIM card and just active local (oversea) SIM card ??

I guess there should be come with 2 SIM cards selection under Setting —> Cellular —> Cellular Plan, is this correct ??

For those countries' telcos that do not support esim, can we still roaming at those countries?
E.g. if mine is esim, I go to non-supported country, can I still make/receive call with my DiGi there? hmm.gif
