want to order iphone 12 mini on website, stuck and need to continue at digi centre. due to I have sub-line under my number.

Hi, I’m using Digi postpaid 90 bundle with iPhone 11 and my line have been barred. I’m in Singapore now and when I use Singapore SIM card I can make and receive call on the iPhone but unable to use data. It shows 4G and I already called the customer service here and seems to be no any issues. Is it possible Digi can lock the data connection to be used with other telco sim card ? The customer service here advice me to test with other phone but at the moment I only have 1 phone. Is there any setting need to be done ? Kindly help. Thanks

best to borrow friends sim card to temporarily park under ur ip11 whether is it simcard/hardware/telco issue? if not... then singapore still got apple store ma

Hi Bro , when i signed up for the XS i did use a debit card but when i signed up again for iPhone 12 Pro , i had to use my sister`s credit card to get the zero payment , after i collected the iPhone on the 13th November i went to the Digi site and change the auto billing from my sister`s credit card to my debit card .

If you using Debit card then you will need to pay advance payment .

Holy hell like that also can ah ? Does changing the card at their website will void any contract with them ?

I dont know if it will void the contract , i think as long as the payment go through monthly i dont think it will be issue .

Anyone has idea if DiGi store has stock for iphone 12 pro max? Ive contacted my local branch as instructed by customer service via helpline. But they said stock not yet arrive. Even today.

I put my name down last monday, no news whatsoever yet...but based on my experience last yr with 11 pro max, they never called me back..i randomly walked in to a digi outlet in gardens mid valley , if they had stock, they said yes, bought it and walked out....d outlet i left my number with never ever called.

Gonna try my luck with the same outlet again this week, hope i end up walking out with 12 pro max in either pacific blue or graphite black..

I used to preorder, so far always receive on launching day. Sometimes special about 9am on launching day. This year wanted to support my friend working with DiGi so opt to get from shop. Who knows stock never arrive. Even display units arrived already.

anyone know what's the criteria for 0 upfront payment? I'm not currently digi user. Plan to port in to digi for iphone12 pro.

I tried preorder 12 Pro but due to digi website having issue by the time i managed to enter the model I wanted already sold out. Then I tried my luck walk in to digi Sunway pyramid but was told no stock and stock will arrive in 2 weeks so they took my name and IC number,and plan preference. hopefully they will contact me once stock arrive

Tried my luck at digi Bangsar shopping complex today, they told me they havent gotten a restock yet despite asking from HQ..

Lucky the branch received first batch of phones. The store here has not received any stocks. Demo units arrived only.
