Sure thing bro. But your monthly bill amount will be your subscription - the advanced payment right? So the GST will only be charged on the balance and not your entire monthly subscription. I guess that's why you're required to pay GST on the advanced payment "in advance".
I mean let’s say I take the iPhone X 64GB on the 78 plan. Total price I would have to pay is
Device - 3895
Advance - 78
Upfront - 530
Total upon checking out would be 4503 + 6% = 4773.18, which means I would have paid
Device - 4128.70 (3895+233.70)
Pre-payment - 644.48 (608+36.48)
And if I’m not mistaken, DiGi will credit back only 608 into my account, and every month when I get billed, it will be 78 + GST, so doesn’t that mean I’m getting taxed twice? Or is that the way it is? Just wondering coz obviously numbers and taxes just aren’t my strong suites
