i think u guys just need to consider want purchase the unit if u got the bad facing one?

there are rumawip projects without facilities, sold at 300k, 1 car park, less lift, leasehold, no public transport nearby etc. all have own pros and cons.

btw, maintenance fee can be adjusted after JMB formed.

confirm many of us will drop and want to claim back the 5k if got highway view. Its kinda unfair to berjaya and others come later.

ps. this is affordable house.

I don't think can..last day submit cheque is Saturday ..if serious want to buy this project ..don't play play with them..later they eliminate your name out of the project..

Me, first time buyer. Dont know worth it or not , since maintenance high with no facility and price slightly higher than other government sponsor project, haiz....

Also think whether buy second hand landed with similar price

since tak ada facilities... then wait for the better rumawip in future ba... so far all the locations of rumawip in very good location regardless of close to public transportation or htc or etc..... generally still worth to wait for better one....

If you buy secondhand (sub-sale) property around that area and price (300k), you will probably get something like 350-400sqft.

Been having the same thought too but it's difficult to get 2nd hand landed with similar price unless it's far away from KL.. sigh

The maintenance fees is less than RM0.30 (the actual figure to be advised).

Ya, but if your look around area like Puchong or Cheras, can get smaller double or single storey landed with 3 rooms around 300k-400k price second hand.

If Lanai got more facility then i can pay for the maintenance

Don't forget you need to have high upfront fee ie legal fee on S&P and loan legal fee

ini pun need pay.... maybe free legal fees only... the rest cost almost same like buying a subsales at current price range.... downpayment additional carparks cost everything...
