Wat is the name of the project?

Does it matter? If RumahWIP, I doubt they are allow to sell to their staff first, rumahwip should be an open ballot project where all qualified to t&c have equal chances to get... By the way, the exclusive open is open for registration.. Unless got special hand handling under table..

Open to staff who are compliant, the same compliant criteria will be applicable and so not every staff is able to comply.

why So difficult？
every year So many fresh graduate enter berjaya group. confirm still not own any property yet and pay also good. Don see any problem berjaya to sell off all rumawip within berjaya group staff.

There are a few conditions. If you are not working or staying in willayah, you are not qualified.

if u are KL boy or Kl girl u can apply.
no problem. plenty KL boy and KL girl graduate every year.

Here we are talking about berjaya staff. So how many of them are working for berjaya group are KL boys and girls ?

nevermind if no one take it later u will see agent well promote it or advertise in rumawip home page.

if still not see any agent selling in or in rumawip home page mean fully aold to berjaya group staff lol.
