i thought there are some runawip with 900 sq ft like the residensi pandanmas? but the sentulmas is smaller..... i thought they should standardized the sizing considering price the same?

on top of that myex03s, must reside in KL for last 3 years. probably they are only open this project for fresh grates white collar
