Bros, what is a reasonable cost for 1 pair of 20/22mm spring bars and where can I find em? smile.gif

USUALLY, any watch shop will have. They are dirt cheap but shops usually charge around RM1 for each i think.. Not so sure..

Hi guys!

Was looking at Seiko watches, and wondering.. Besides the obvious Design and look, what are the other differences between a Chronograph style watch and a Classic style Seiko watch?

Just preference? Cause I'm not sure if it's just me, but i notice lately many people like to wear Chronograph style watches. Trend? Or function?
The images below just sample only. Not sure how much they cost, just using the picture as reference to what I mentioned above. smile.gif

I've never seen anyone use the Chronograph function, unless to play play only. tongue.gif
It's all about preference I think.

PS: Chronograph is stop watch.

get the model code and call thongsia to ask.
usually it is cheaper than anywhere u can find anyway.

i bought mm300 clasp before from them for around rm170...iirc seiya or higuichi was almost rm300.
also normal z22 rm30+ only, outside ppl selling rm50-80...zzz.
*
LOL that is cheap!
I did not know that.
I thought it will usually be cheaper online.
But I have to go pick them up right?
Thanks will call them and ask!

I just called them, gave them the MM300 Rubber Strap code (DE39AZ), but they asked for the watch model number.
I gave them SBDX001, and they say "This one only metal bracelet.".
Hmmmmmmmmmm blink.gif

I called them back saying the watch usually comes with two straps in the box.
But they still cannot find it.
And they were being quite rude.

"Already check for you just now mah."
"Don't have picture. Cannot see. Ok?" *Hangs up*

hmm.gif  that sounds like a terrible experience. since there is already a code for the strap why is it so hard for them to make an order if they don't have it ?

QUOTE(Everdying @ May 4 2016, 02:56 PM)
haha, maybe they dont like ur voice tongue.gif
usually i call will be some lady who entertain...so far no issues also.

anyway, the strap so easy to find 3rd party ones for rm100+...
*
I'm guessing they are not too familiar with this model.
Two ladies pass the phone between each other to answer my query.

I can find one in ebay for RM152. That's the best priced that I found so far.
Just wanted to check what's the price from Thong Sia..

imo best seiko rubber strap for sumo is the spork one.
its more comfortable than regular z20, and it flares out abit at the lugs so looks even nicer.

This?

After 3 days, how many minutes is it off?
If it is really bad, you can send them for regulation.

Where did you find it bro?
In Amcorp Mall they can give you a lower price than that.
It's a great watch from what I heard. biggrin.gif

Too expensive la... The price from the massdrop Recent group buy is around rm1.5k
*
Anyway my friend already bought the Sumo in Yodobashi, Osaka I think.
It was 45,300 yen before discount.
After discount it becomes 39,411 yen.
After conversion, with the strong yen, and a bit higher cc conversion rate, becomes around RM1.5k.
Not as cheap as I thought it would be. sad.gif

Well, still cheaper than buying here.
I'm still excited for it to arrive! biggrin.gif
