samurai to me is better... on the wrist too... and it doesn't look like a squished skx
if it had i wouldn't have gotten it.
shorter lug to lug than shogun... as before similar but not quite similar angled case.
only slack thing, which I was already aware of, is that the bracelet tapers to 20mm clasp instead of 18mm...so i can't change the clasp and put on my spare shogun clasp...
my shogun has mm300 clasp on it

uhh solar time... said already they're my first destination if i want to buy a seiko / orient.
pepsi is ok, but it has the typical extra long silicon strap made to be worn over divers suits... so needless to say the tail end sticks up damn far for normal use.
I'll probably get a samurai padi next...should it come... knowing seiko probably will.

I'm looking to invest into my first ever automatic watch with around budget of <1k so i was looking at some Seiko 5s.
I was wondering if you guys knew where i could try a wide range of watches so i could get an idea of sizing and such.

i recommend u a nicer mod to do.

hehe i ordered sapphire crystal and basic watch tools few weeks back.. been thinking a lot too how to mod my snzg. any ideas for the chapter ring? only know got 3 from yobokies... not many options. that aside, really like snzg03,05 chapter ring.

should still be there... else got other 3oclock crown models... but now all rm289 or 299.

what is profit is them increasing seiko monster 1st gen from rm500+ to rm800+.
probably realised they were too naive at first

thinking of modding my skx, but if i were to do full mod (dd crystal, coin bezel, bezel inserts, chapter ring, dials, hands) it will cost me almost 1k.

so abort mission lol.

what i see is they sell damn fast...cos their target market is all around there.
monsters every few months all gone, same with snzg, snx etc...
