the whole top body of deathadder is grip-type rite? i mean it's like the copperhead's left and right buttons.. won't it get wear off later? coz my friend's copperhead button started 2 wear off..
*
my copperhead button some parts worn off.
i scraped all the remaining rubber off both the buttons.

i would assume the deathadder body will also eventually wear off with the sweat eating thru it.
but since its new no one has the prob yet.
guess wait another 6 months and see any complains tongue.gif

gimme a keyboard with WASD is enough tongue.gif

the tarantula, i still doubt its anti ghosting whatever gimmick, maybe it works if you play O2jam alot or whatever.

so for FPS games, i dont really see how its going to help much.
but for RTS etc, the macros will definitely come in handy.

1. you really should explain better than saying that Copperhead is better just cos you're using one.
and this is from RAZER's own mouth themselves, who recommend Diamondback over copperhead for FPS.
both mouses are good in FPS, but there are still complains from those very low sens FPS users on Copperhead.

2. just cos something is more expensive, doesnt mean its better.
refer to above.
Death Adder's sensor, which is an upgraded version of the Diamondback, is actually aimed at those very low sens players.

i have both Diamondback and Copperhead.
i also play alot of FPS.
but i use Copperhead more, because it feels better.
and since my sens isnt extremely low, i dont feel the issues that those ppl mention.
and i dont like Death Adder, cos i dont like right handed shape mouses, simple as that.

well, again i guess you dont play FPS that much.

its actually easier to aim and track with low sens.
and since its so low, to turn real fast you have to move the mouse real fast.
thats where a good sensor comes in, so the cursor actually can handle that fast movement without skipping.

lol, the HPM-70 sucks anyway...

Do a small review for the protone dude

well, comparing the HPM70 with M100.

M100 has much crisper and clearer highs, can hear certain stuff better.

but its lacking a little in midrange over the HPM70, and the limited manual EQ in the SE K800 cant seem to bring out certain midrange frequencies which are available in the HPM70.
ie. midrange frequencies mainly for the vocal side.

bass-wise, both are pretty similar.

the output of the M100 tho is much higher, almost double that of HPM70.
M100 at 4 bars, is similar to HPM70 at 7 bars, max 8 bars.

build-wise.
the HPM70 earpiece is better made, the wire is also just marginally thicker.
tho the M100 should hopefully be able to last quite awhile, also comes with razer's standard 2yr warranty, so shouldnt be a prob.

anyway, RM85 is a pretty good buy for something that sounds as good as it does.
its definitely much better than the HPM70, and surprisingly much better than the Philips in-ear pieces i tried for about the same price, some slightly more expensive.
