This is kinda OT, but check this out.

With kind of connection, i think you wont have problems playing GoW online with other country, Lag-less.. (is there such a word??) |

even if u have 100mbps connection, if the other side is too far, or the international link is down like no, 100mbps = nothing

The Singaporeans currently already has higher speed than us and we still experience lag when we are playing with them.

Could be isolated cases but there have been reports of lag when playing GoW with them.

100mbps speed is u and ur ISP.
downloading files is you <--- 100mbps ----> ISP <------ ?? -------> Target Server imagine ur Target server only has a 5mbps upload... hohoho, ur 100mbps = useless. |
