Hearsay before that their SA was feeling very pressured cuz no sales and in turn got scolding from his superior that why should the SA abw worried of not hitting sales target when the superior himself is not worried and never pressure him.

yeah.... dont buy it.... its very good business for them anyway if bought it lol.... investment wise... quite hard la for this location... high rise better target those commercial matured locations.... AD seems still growing at snail pace....

their SA need money ma.... partially commission based... haha... superior tak takut ma... fixed and high salary....

Recent 5 years had AD bloomed with new projects i.e. Sime Darby's Oasis suite, Urbana Residence, Eve Suite, Malton's Nova Saujana, H20, Cantara, new Oasis corporate park, even revival of >10 yr old "abandoned" Platinum Condo (now Maisson) and many more...a big SD's Auto City (like Penang's?) next to Oasis is finishing soon

Highly doubt developers will ever get desparate. They have one of the strongest holding power, if you don't buy someone else will buy kind of mentality.

Especially THIS developer. SHC have very good holding power.

If shc get desperate , it mean economic is really bad. Still, u will not buy from them bcoz other developer will even more desperate

i think the rate of supply is much higher than the rate of demand.

yeah... i believe they wont be desperate also.... know their financials very well.... although this SHC is not the listed company one... and they kinda despise the paramount's family side... but they are also loaded like hell...

despite of all the new launches...I find AD is a good enuf address for own stay......commercial not as vibrant but you still can get what you want...within short drive. Banks are well represented...LRT is here, NON TOLLED roads and highways within reached.....TOLLED highway also closed by.........sandwiched by new and older townships........

BEST OF BOTH WORLDS...........

Now just need to wait for Sri Primoor to drop price.......(dream on) or when I strike lottery

I agree. AD is a good area if purchased for own stay. Will not augur well if purchase hoping to get good rental while waiting to flip.... unless you have good holding power
