so this time story is about Bitchy.. the B CUP girl...

anyway about Bitchy she use to get all the attention in the office because she stand out in terms of look, she is smart (graduated from USM) with good result dont know why end up working here as a credit collection analyst. Anyway when she first join she pick things up rather quickly, and she is out performing her senior within 3 months as we credit collectors have quota as well on the ageing of bad debts and amount and accounts blah blah blah.. lots of KPI. and for her she is doing so good and during that time some of us also trying to understand her secret or her best practice. Before going into details about her best practice, let me explain abit how our company works, we all collecting debts from Singapore, Vietnam, Australia, New Zealand, China, blah blah blah.. all country la and everyone will be assign to different different account throughout the country and by right our job is the same just different accounts saja.

So she do it so well and I would want to learn her secret since i am like 2 years in the job she is already doing so well only after 6 months. I thought must be my method no correct lo, so no choice just become good friend with her to learn from her what is her success formula. But she just do like what we do nothing special even after monitoring her for like 2 weeks until one day i start to notice a pattern. She everday around 1:30PM after lunch sure will go see boss talk cock in the room dont know talk what. Then i realize that this happening too often like banker 6 10 times in a row... walaueh not possible boss need talk to her every day or alternate days ma...
