I have a concern and would like some input.

The picture that I've attached in this post shows that there's open road for the resident to exit to the opposite road but in actual site, there's none. The residents would have to drive further up to make a U-turn via the road about, which is a bit of inconvenience plus it may contribute to more traffic to the round about used by Ameera and Oasis residents. I really don't see that they need to do this as this is not a heavy traffic area.

I would like to see your response before talking to the TLS management about this. I spoke to the marketing staff but they claimed they do not know the details.

If I recall correctly, the divider already build and we can't drive across. Think we better highlight to the management and see what will they do.

Btw, nice picture, I never expect the landscape to be this nice. Hope the quality inside the house is good.

Seen some of the interior photos shared by the forumers, it's so far so good.
As for the divider, we really need to voice out before TLS open up the road to the general public and handover the project.

They don't actually. Yea, the quality looks good and very GREENS(many 'christmas' trees and variety of flowers there) . Everything seems completed and they were patching fiber optic cable when I was there 2 weeks ago. The guard told me Ameera is completed and waiting for VP also

It seems like TLS is dragging on Ameera VP. For ameera, SA said only will be able to VP after CNY.

I was reading that Oasis 1 has 461 units over 7 acre land is considered low density .

Those anyone knows whats the units over acre for Ivory ?
