I have a concern and would like some input.

The picture that I've attached in this post shows that there's open road for the resident to exit to the opposite road but in actual site, there's none. The residents would have to drive further up to make a U-turn via the road about, which is a bit of inconvenience plus it may contribute to more traffic to the round about used by Ameera and Oasis residents. I really don't see that they need to do this as this is not a heavy traffic area.

I would like to see your response before talking to the TLS management about this. I spoke to the marketing staff but they claimed they do not know the details.

Seen some of the interior photos shared by the forumers, it's so far so good.
As for the divider, we really need to voice out before TLS open up the road to the general public and handover the project.

Wow, so far positive feedback from the
owner after the inspection. This will result in next
few months for renovations before can move in.

I really TLS has good control over the renovation contractors who will made the place
dirty and looks bad. Depends on house rule,
security and house owner. Ban
those contractor who did not follow
rule. Owner must cooperate too.

Anyway, any transaction on re sales?
Any clue on fees of semifurnish
and fully furnish rental ?
